Accountant

Deliver the Hawaiiana Experience to Clients, Property Managers, and Vendors through accurate, timely, and efficient accounting and extraordinary customer care. This position requires executing, and overseeing the processes of detailed Accounting/Accounts Receivable needs for multiple clients, while maintaining a pleasant and professional experience with an awareness for the business needs of each individual client while meeting deadlines. This position requires advanced accounting knowledge, prior multi-client accounting context, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. The Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements; day-to-day processing and auditing of accounting transactions; maintaining accounting records in the administration of financial activities; financial record keeping procedures; interpreting and applying auditors’ instructions and management’s policies; and performing complex special projects.

Accounts Receivable Clerk

This position will be responsible for all actions related to cash receipts and accounts receivable activities including but not limited to collecting and posting payments, lockbox postings, ACH payments and online payments. This position requires a strong, enthusiastic, and proactive leader who will oversee, train, and mentor accounting staffs. The Cash Management File Clerk is responsible for all actions related to client association’s records primarily in the area of organizing, filing, and archiving such records. Cash Management Specialist is responsible for effective and efficient administration of all cash accounts including client investment accounts. One of the basic objective of this position is to preserve the principal, liquidity of and earnings on association client funds.
