Hawaiiana’s Payroll and Human Resources Department offers complete payroll services, currently assisting 348 associations (approximately 1,900 employees), and a number of outside businesses seeking convenience and superior service. Paychecks, timely tax filings and payments, information and advice regarding human resource matters are all available to Hawaiiana’s association clientele. Clients are required only to furnish hours, payroll adjustments and, of course, access to funds.

Hawaiiana offers one-on-one personalized service, where each client has direct contact with one of five payroll specialists specifically assigned to their account. This is especially helpful to busy resident managers who call with questions or unavoidable last-minute changes. Unlike a service bureau, Hawaiiana strives to accommodate changes whenever possible, and may find a way to ‘stretch’ a deadline on occasion.
