Hawaiiana Management Executives study parliamentary training and have become members of the National Association of Parliamentarians® (NAP). Hawaiiana has 60 NAP members - more than any company in Hawaii.
Professional education programs are key
Professional property manager training is important in Hawaii's ever-changing real estate market. Hawaiiana sponsors monthly in-house training programs plus management executives attend training from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where the national designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) is earned, the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where the designations of Accredited Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Large Scale Manager (LSM) and Reserve Specialist (RS) are earned. Management executives also attend classes sponsored by the National Board of Certification of Community Association Managers, where the national designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) is conferred. |
