Professional education programs are key
Hawaiiana requires all management executives to participate in professional educational programs. All property managers have either completed or are enrolled in programs conducted by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where the national designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) is earned, the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where the designations of Accredited Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Large Scale Manager (LSM) and Reserve Specialist (RS) are earned, or have been awarded the national designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). |
