Design Review Services
Hawaiiana offers a community architectural design review committee, with management of the design review process for new home construction and modifications.
Developer Services
Hawaiiana’s Development Group fosters a smooth transition to owners by providing assistance with start-up, staffing and “turnover” phases of each new project. Hawaiiana currently manages approximately 90% of all new residential construction throughout the Hawaiian islands.
