In addition to providing superior and comprehensive physical management services, Hawaiiana’s dedication to providing accurate and timely financial reports has earned us a reputation of integrity and excellence, unmatched in the industry.

The Team Concept

In order to facilitate our commitment to personalized service, we have formed property management teams consisting of a team leader, a senior property manager, a back-up manager and an administrative assistant. In addition, an accounts payable clerk, project accountant and payroll clerk are each assigned to each project, strengthening the personalized level of service.
