How do I change my mailing and/or billing address?
To assure utmost security, Hawaiiana accepts changes of address only with the signature of an owner of record. Click here to download a Change of Address Form for this purpose. Signed requests can be faxed to 593-6333 or sent by U.S. mail to:

I would like to correct the spelling of my name on my bills and correspondence.
To correct name spelling or update to a married/maiden name, please submit the Change of Address Form (click here to download), along with one of the following three documents:
- a Birth Certificate
- a Marriage Certificate
- a Deed
Please note that a change cannot be made without one of the above legal documents.
Please call Hawaiiana, and ask to be directed to the accountant for your property. Have your account number and billing address available, and he or she will help you.
