Board Members' Seminar: Preside with Confidence
The Preside with Confidence seminar gives Board Members an opportunity to gain the skills needed to conduct efficient and productive board meetings. Seminars are led by Hawaiiana Management Executives with a team of community experts in a variety of fields, providing the knowledge and information needed to help each Board Member serve wisely and effectively. Residential Manager’s Seminar
Hawaiiana recognizes that Residential Managers are a vital part of a successful property management team. Hawaiiana strongly encourages the continuing education of our clients’ Residential Managers by supporting groups such as the Accredited Residential Managers Committee (ARM®) and the Moiliili Residential Managers Association (MRMA). In addition, Hawaiiana provides a bi-annual, no-cost educational seminar featuring experts in fields pertinent to Residential Managers. The most recent Residential Manager's seminar was held in May at the Japanese Cultural Center, entitled Building Management Essentials. Among the topics covered were:
